I had five rooms done on Tuesday and I was so impressed. I have had many floors laid in my life but this job was done great. Everything went well and even the job on my screened in porch was done perfectly. It was done much better then it had been originally by a private installer I hired. I am going to use this company to work on my new house. Right now, I’m moving out of the home I had worked on, but I will be calling you when I build my new house and am ready for carpet and hardwood flooring. You guys are efficient, prepared and on time!

I called Empire for a free home estimate. The sales representative was prompt and spent a great deal of time with me explaining the product. I could tell that they really believed in the company. I ordered the flooring and they asked me if I wanted to have it installed the next day. It was late at night when we discussed this and I decided the following the day would be good. The crew came early and they were fantastic. They were polite, efficient and took pride in their work. They pulled out the old carpet, took off the baseboards, moved furniture and went to work. By the early evening, they were just about finished. I was amazed! They came back the next day and finished and inspected everything so it came out terrific. It transformed my whole house. I have been recommending Empire to everyone.
