I was very impressed with the installers that were sent to do our jobs. The tile installers helped fix some sub flooring issues we had and coached us through the repair of a leaky toilet. The laminate installers did an excellent job also, they went through and fixed creaks in the floor before installing the laminate and fixed some molding problems we had in another room. I have just one word to describe my laminate floors from Empire Today and that would be AMAZING. I had my flooring replaced in my living and dining room plus my hallway. The workers did such beautiful work. They were at my home by 9 a.m. and completely finished by 1 p.m. They had to take up my old carpet then lay my new flooring. And, the floors really were able to be installed right away. The installers were experienced, quick and detail oriented. They made sure that I was completely happy with everything before they left. We had laminate flooring put into our kitchen today. It looks great!!! We really enjoyed the sales associate – he was not pushy and he really knew the products!
