Our Empire Today Sales Representative was on time and came fully prepared with carpet and flooring samples for us to view. He was experienced and very knowledgeable regarding their product lines. He was courteous and professional.
The three man-crew installed our carpeting the very next day. The installers were experienced and the finished result was beautiful. The Canyon Stone kitchen flooring was competed the following day and looks amazing. Again, the installers were experienced and very professional.
