Empire did a great job with our new laminate flooring. It looks just like real wood, it is a breeze to clean up and is the perfect floor for us and our three dogs. The installers were very good and had the job done in two days as promised. It was very painless from start to finish and I would definitely use Empire again.

We have always seen Empire Today’s commercials in the morning and we recently bought a house and the first thought was to call Lowe’s. We did and we also wanted a 2nd opinion. We called Empire and with our long work hours were pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate a 7 – 9pm estimate time. We signed up that night at 10:30pm and the carpet crew and tile crew were there at 9:30am the next morning! We were extremely impressed with Sarkis our sales associate for his honesty and feedback. We were very impressed with both carpet and tile crews – Rueben, Martin, Jose, Able, Frankie, and Chalib for their professionalism, work ethic and perfection with installing our carpet and tile in our 3300 sq foot house. They would not take a break even though we bought lunch and drinks for them. They would show us what they were doing and what we were appreciative of most is that they all said they had worked for Empire for a minimum of 9 years. Experience is important and they all said they love what they do. That is service. My husband and I work in service industries and we would rate them excellent. I called Empire a little over a week ago. They had a sales rep call me to set up an appointment to come to my house. As seen on TV, the very next day the new carpet was installed in our den. We liked it so much, we decided to have tile done in our bathroom. Wa-la! Once again they were out the next day to install our tile. Our sales rep, Michael Cook, was outstanding. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The installers were also fantastic. I cannot say enough about our experience with Empire Today. I contacted Empire for a free in home estimate and scheduled my appointment for a Thursday evening. The Sales Consultant, Bikram, arrived shortly after 7:00 p.m. He provided samples of both the carpet and ceramic tile that I was interested in having installed. He quickly got to work and understood my needs. When it came time to provide the cost estimate I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Bikram was very easy to work with and asked me what it would take to make me happy and we came a to an agreement on the cost that fit in to my budget. To my surprise, the installation was scheduled for that very next morning for both the carpet of the entire house and the ceramic tile for both bathrooms. I really didn’t expect everyone to show up and get the work done on time, but to my surprise again, they were there the next morning by 10:00 a.m. and completed everything the same day! I was very impressed and pleased with Bikram for making all of this happen.

My wife and I decided to re-carpet our master bedroom and place ceramic tile in our masterbathroom when we purchased new bedroom furniture. It was going to take a week for the furniture to be delivered and we wanted the installation to be done before delivery. Other carpet/tile places estimated 2-3 weeks before installation would begin and that was only if the selections we made were in stock.
Empire came out on Tuesday and our representitive, Karl, was very friendly and professional. He set us up with installation starting on Thursday and Friday. Our job was completed on Friday morning and we couldn’t be happier.

I placed a estimate for a hardwood floor with Empire and within 3 days Dale Walker, one of the salesmen came and presented me with options and choices. His expertise, good customer relations and professionalism in this business shone through. It was a pleasure to have him guide me in making a decision.
One day later and my new hardwood floor is installed and it’s beautiful. The installers were punctual, very polite, curteous and accommodating in everyway. Overall I was very satisfied. My sales person was supposed to arrive between 3-5, and arrived at 4:55. but he was very friendly, low pressure, and knowledgeable. The installers showed up the next day with the wrong color tile, but I liked the colors they brought, so I allowed them to install those instead. They were quick, clean, friendly, and did a great job.
