Third Time Using Empire – Very Happy
This was the 2nd time in two years and 3rd time in about 5 years that I have used Empire Today for installing carpets. In each case I was also very happy with the results. In the previous installation, I required additional floor work before they could install the carpet. The repair was made and looked/felt like the original flooring. The carpet installed over that was just as nice.
I think the entire staff from sales to the installers were very professional and knowledge. My hats off to the installers especially, they were on-time, fast and did a very professional job.
I will use Empire Today again and recommend them to everyone.

Fabulous Floors – Amazing Installers
After always watching the advertisements, I finally decided to call Empire Today. I cannot be happier with my floors. They look fabulous. The sales rep was very helpful. I just wanted to say thank you for being a great company. I called Empire and they came out the next day. The salespeople were so nice and extremely helpful. Thanks guys! There was absolutely no push to make the sale. This was very important to me. But I felt very comfortable with everything they offered, so I went ahead and made the deal. True to their word, Empire came out the very next day and installed our wood laminate flooring. Their installers showed up early–such an amazing concept these days, when everybody else shows up late to work. They finished the job quickly. They were also courteous and very professional. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and my family and I just can’t stop remarking about how great it looks and feels. Empire, thank you for a completely non-hassle, GREAT overall shopping/buying experience!

The Job was Tough & Tedious – The Result was Absolutely Beautiful
My hardwood floors that were installed by Empire Today are absolutely beautiful. Esquievel’s crew of men worked hard and were extremely professional. They were courteous and friendly and went out of their way to satisfy our wishes. They moved furniture and covered all our belongings in plastic. The job was tough and tedious. 2 layers of mud from under tiles had to be removed. They had to not only knock out the tiles and mud underneath but also sand the floor to the cement to have a perfect smooth surface. We were extremely impressed and overwhelmed with the results. I have used Empire Today in the past and have recommended them to my children who have also used them. I will continue to recommend them! Thank you so much!

We were a little weary about using a company that we saw advertise on TV for so long. We don’t know why, but we were. I suggested to my husband that we call and we called. Our salesman came out the next day and before we knew it, we were sold. Our salesman was upbeat, enthusiastic and a lot of fun. The tile was installed and then the carpet the next day. The installation went extremely well. They were here on time and finished each in a day. We definitely would recommend Empire Today!
