I called Empire a little over a week ago.  They had a sales rep call me to set up an appointment to come to my house.  As seen on TV, the very next day the new carpet was installed in our den.  We liked it so much, we decided to have tile done in our bathroom.  Wa-la!  Once again they were out the next day to install our tile.  Our sales rep, Michael Cook, was outstanding.  He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.  The installers were also fantastic.  I cannot say enough about our experience with Empire Today.  In fact, we are having more carpet installed this coming weekend.  Our house looks fantastic!  Thank you Michael, and thank you Empire!
