I’d like to express my gratitude for being sent such a conscientious floor installer. He came to my house and did the job quickly and professionally. He is very detail oriented and fixed any squeaks I had in my floor before putting down my laminate. Best of all, he called a few days later and asked how everything was — when I told him I wanted him to take a look at some of the moulding, he came a few days later and made several adjustments. No hassle, no fuss. He cleaned up after he was done, and made suggestions as to the care and upkeep of my floor. I was very impressed. I would go to Empire Today again for my flooring needs, especially if I have the same installer. Thanks again for employing such a fine crafts person.
