I have just spent the last 2 weeks dealing with Empire Today. The salesman came out promptly and I was so excited! Carpet was installed the next day and then I got to thinking about the laminate that was next on the list. The more I spoke to people the more reservations I had. I soon came to feel that the salesman would have told me the moon was made of cheese if he thought it would make him more money. ( I almost cancelled the whole order but decided not to.) As I said, laminate flooring was next. Miguel is a true master at what he does. He and Isaac were professional in every way. I felt that Miguel was doing my install as if it was in his own home. It is absolutely beautiful and I am SOOOOOO excited! Last on the list was vinyl for the bathrooms. ( I was going to get laminate in the bathroom also but Empire allowed me to change my order to a vinyl tile.) It is thick, beautiful and I am so happy. Customer service has been in constant contact, making sure I am pleased. As of right now I am sitting back with a big grin – truly happy with the new look. Miguel tops the list for praise & customer service right behind. I feel confident that should a problem arise Empire will stand behind their word. I hope so. I will definitely post an update if need be.

My hardwood floors that were installed by Empire Today are absolutely beautiful. Esquievel’s crew of men worked hard and were extremely professional. They were courteous and friendly and went out of their way to satisfy our wishes. They moved furniture and covered all our belongings in plastic. The job was tough and tedious. 2 layers of mud from under tiles had to be removed. They had to not only knock out the tiles and mud underneath but also sand the floor to the cement to have a perfect smooth surface. We were extremely impressed and overwhelmed with the results. We saw the commercial about 2 weeks before we made our decision and at that point we were pretty much sold on a big box store. We said what the heck, we will check Empire.
