I had a wonderful experience using Empire Today for my flooring needs. My salesman was the most knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. He had great ideas about colors and product recommendations. Just as promised everything was installed perfectly in only a day and a half. Any questions were immediately handled by my salesman, as if he was overseeing the installation in his own home. I have nothing but glowing reviews of this entire experience and will recommend anyone and everyone to use Empire Today for their future flooring needs.

Custom Job – Couldn’t be Happier
We had laminate floors installed in November. We have an old house with coil radiators. We also had severe termite damage so I had my doubts as to how well the job would turn out. Our installer, Dan Oullette and his team of Mark and Bruce went far beyond our expectations. They ripped out the termite damaged hardwood boards and fit in plywood before covering with the laminate. They cut the laminate to fit around the feet of the radiators and filled in the gaps with caulking that matched the flooring so you can barely notice the cuts. It did take them 2 days to install instead of the promised one day due to the detail they needed to do but that was fine because they made sure things were done correctly. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks, Dan and team.

Pleased Beyond Expectations
We are so please beyond our expectations. Last August (5 months ago) we couldn’t do the whole house so did only part. Yesterday & the day before we had the rest done. Both carpet & wood flooring. It was a great experience with the representative Judy, wood floor installer Sorin & his crew, and carpet installer Roman & his crew. Wonderful people and a great job well done! Our whole home looks updated and beautiful. The products are beautiful and were installed with great care. They show great pride in their work. They are the best. They even showed up at our doorstep right on the button when they said they would. The follow-up after the jobs were completed was greatly appreciated and very professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We highly recommend Empire Today. We were so please with the first job we requested the same people to do the rest and that was honored. We thank Empire Today for that. After having Express Flooring provide an estimate days earlier, today Empire’s Mike Morin came by. I usually hate dealing with salesmen but I just wanted relate how professional and pleasant Mike was to work with. Empire is installing our flooring on 1/22/2013. I strongly recommend Mr. Morin to others considering bids. I’ll be calling him again in 9 months when the tenants are out of another/different property. Thank you very much Empire! Mike is great!

Third Time Using Empire – Very Happy
This was the 2nd time in two years and 3rd time in about 5 years that I have used Empire Today for installing carpets. In each case I was also very happy with the results. In the previous installation, I required additional floor work before they could install the carpet. The repair was made and looked/felt like the original flooring. The carpet installed over that was just as nice.
I think the entire staff from sales to the installers were very professional and knowledge. My hats off to the installers especially, they were on-time, fast and did a very professional job.
I will use Empire Today again and recommend them to everyone.

Craftsmen, Not Installers
Your installers put down hand scraped wood. What a beautiful job. Much more than installers. I’d call them “craftsmen” I couldn’t find a flaw anywhere. We feel your customer rep was on top of the whole sale. He knows the product line and explained all our options. Unlike other companies, the job wasn’t over measured. The hand scraped floor finished our kitchen remodel very nicely.

Fabulous Floors – Amazing Installers
After always watching the advertisements, I finally decided to call Empire Today. I cannot be happier with my floors. They look fabulous. The sales rep was very helpful. I work from home and it was easy to have the sales rep take care of everything in one appt. I cannot say enough kind things of the installers. They were very nice and worked hard to get the job done.

Couldn’t Be More Pleased
I just had Empire install an entire house of laminate flooring. I couldn’t be more pleased! The salesman came out and spent 2.5 hours with me, showing me samples and making recommendations of what would look best in my house. Of course he brought in the top of the line product, but he somehow knew that is what I would be interested in. After picking a product, he told me the price which was on the high end of my budget, and after about a half hour of discussing it he called his boss, who told him to go down under the original quote. I then signed.
The installer and his helper came on time 2 weeks later and did a FABULOUS job. They moved all of my furniture (I have a lot) and were extremely courteous. He was a perfectionist, which shows). Entire job took three days and they put everything back in its place.
I decided to go with Empire because my cousin had them do her house & it came out beautiful. I looked in Home Depot & Lowes and they just don’t have the same quality. Add in the charge for measuring, installation, (9.99 per sq. ft.), moldings, etc. you wind up paying almost the same. After dealing with Lowes installation of a very expensive kitchen a few years ago, (which was the worst nightmare you could imagine) I decided to stay away from the big box stores. I’m glad I did.
