I recently had some laminated wood flooring installed and I was so pleased with the service and installation that I thought I would take the time out to show my appreciation and gratitude by e-mailing you.
I was pleased with the prompt service of having the salesperson come out and sell his presentation of the flooring. He was able to accommodate me with exactly what I wanted.
I was especially pleased with the day of installation. A gentleman called me to confirm my appointment and to tell me when the crew will arrive (I was pleased that they arrived a half hour early). During the installation, the installation manager called again to ensure that the installation process was moving along. Near the end of the installation, he came to assess the job. I really liked that because he made me feel confident that Empire was on top of their business. He was very nice and noticed there was a threshold piece that applies to the wood that did not match properly, he explained to me that the warehouse was closed but promised to return on Monday to install the correct shade. He even assured me that he can return after I reached home after 6PM. On Monday, they returned at 6:15 PM and completed an absolutely beautiful job. I recently returned from vacation and with my floors complete, I still felt like I was on vacation!!!!!
I would like to thank the entire Empire company, and I have recommended Empire to several neighbors within my community.
Once again I would like to especially thank the salesperson and installation manager for their commitment to make the process right. In the future, I would like the same two gentlemen to return to my home when I plan to continue upgrading my home. What More Can You Ask For?
It was a surprise to find a company that actually followed through on each and every component of ordering to installing the flooring that was needed for my apartments. In addition, the salesperson also took the time to measure my downstairs office for laminate and tile that will be needed one month from now. All of the Depots or the other well-known flooring companies in the area were not very concerned about what I needed or were even willing to send someone out to look at the proposed job. Convenience, trustworthy, on-time, and follow-through are some of the adjectives I would use to describe the service I received from Empire Today. Ordered yesterday and installed today was the promise and that’s what was done. What more can you ask for? Thank.

Happy In Florida With Our New Empire Flooring
If and when you need new flooring it is a great idea to check out Empire Today. We saw the commercial about 2 weeks before we made our decision and at that point we were pretty much sold on a big box store. We said what the heck, we will check Empire. Not only did they deliver and install 2 days after ordering but they did it for a cheaper price. We appreciate the great service Empire!

Empire Today Gave Us Great Hardwood Floors
We never owned a home with hardwood floors. Our Empire representative showed us all they offer including the Laminate wood flooring. We made our choice and the next day we had our first home with wood floors. Yeah, we went with the Laminate, but none of our family or friends could tell it wasn’t hardwood. That will be our little secret!

Empire Today is FANTASTIC! The entire experience, starting with the sales call to installation was superb. The salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, enthusiastic about his company and the products. The prices were beyond competitive. No other company can even come close to the quality and service we received.
Installation was almost immediate. We signed the contract on Saturday and had beautiful new hardwood and laminate floors by Monday afternoon. Now this is customer service. Thank you! By the way, the teak hardwood is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t stop looking at the floor.

A Friend Suggested Empire Today
We were referred to Empire by a friend and we were certainly glad that we were. Initally we wanted an estimate on laminate in a hall and in the den as we had a 15 year old Yorkie who had become incontinent and ruined the carpet especially in those areas. We were very pleased when Matt Smith, the salesperson, showed us that we could do the whole house within our budget. The installers, Jose and Saul, were punctual, professional and very helpful. We Will Always Use Empire Today For Our Flooring Needs
We purchased about 700 square feet of laminate. After we notified Empire that we were disheartened that Empire could not use laminate on our stairs, Empire agreed to carpet 3 bedrooms at no extra charge. Further, one of the bedrooms developed a snag which started to unravel. Empire replaced the entire bedroom. We would never use another company for our flooring needs.

Empire Today Did A Great Job On Our Kitchen And Laundry Room
Empire installed ceramic tile in our kitchen and laundry room. I just wanted to report that from the estimate to the installation, everything went very smoothly.
