This past Friday we had a wood laminate floor installed. I can’t believe how wonderful our living room and foyer looks. The installers did a great job. I can’t believe how fast our floor was put down – just one day! They did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up before they left. Most of all they were very courteous and polite. The whole process went smoothly. I just love walking into my living room and seeing that beautiful floor – even our furniture looks better. The salesperson who came to our house was great. He did not hassle us or rush us into anything and let us make the decision. I would not hesitate to contact Empire again for any future flooring needs. I will highly recommend your company to our neighbors and friends.

I am very skeptical of anyone that I let in my house. It took me a long time to decide what to do about getting laminate floors installed. I was very happy when I went online and filled out the form for someone to contact me from the company. The service person that came out was very efficient and also very nice. Also the crew did an excellent job installing the flooring and cleaning up. I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend Empire to anyone that needs any kind of flooring.

This was the 2nd time using Empire – the first was to lay floors in our den. Today they installed new carpet and we cannot say enough about their professionalism, timeliness and their product – terrific service and immediate gratification with next day service.

I am very pleased with Empire, I just had hardwood floors installed in my home. It looks AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!  The guys that worked in my home were very nice, professional, and very respectful. When they first stared to install the floor I wasn’t sure about the color, just be patient and wait for them to finish, they just did a fantastic job. They moved all my furniture with care, they cleaned after the job was done. GREAT JOB!

I have to add that their price was the best, I tried a few companies for hardwood floors and they had the best price overall. I had the best experience! Can’t say enough!

We recently had carpet and laminate flooring installed in our new manufactured home, and we’re amazed at what a difference it made. The laminate is beautiful and the berber carpet is exactly what we were hoping for. The installer and his crew arrived right on time, and completed the job in record time. They were all very professional and did a fantastic clean-up job. Instead of just presenting problems (walls not straight, home not level), they approached us with suggestions and solutions, which were perfect. We are thoroughly pleased and will not hesitate to use Empire when we are ready to replace the vinyl flooring in the remainder of the home!

We had Empire Today install laminate floors in our great room and hallway yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the results. Their salesman was excellent and their staff delivered on all of their promises. The floor looks great.  It was a wonderful experience working with this company. I would highly recommend Empire Today and I’d definitely use them again.  Empire Today was totally professional.

Thank you Empire Today for upgrading our home!  We’ve put this off for some time until you made us an offer we just couldn’t refuse. We decided upon ceramic tiles in the kitchen, foyer and hallways with laminate floors in the bedrooms. The Empire Today installation crew was great; they were completely done in less than two days.  Wow!  Thumbs up Empire Today, all around thumbs up!

We were very pleased with our new laminate flooring from Empire Today.  The sales representative, George, was very pleasant, informative and helpful. The installation team was excellent and on time to begin the job. They explained the job thoroughly and worked to get the job done effectively in about 5-6 hours. Empire Today is FANTASTIC!  The entire experience, starting with the sales call to installation was superb.  The salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, enthusiastic about Empire Today and their products.  The prices were beyond competitive.  No other company can even come close to the quality and service we received.  Installation was almost immediate; we signed the contract on Saturday and had beautiful new hardwood and laminate floors by Monday afternoon.  Now this is customer service.  Thank you!  By the way, the teak hardwood is absolutely gorgeous; I can’t stop looking at the floor.

I have lived in my house for over 17 years and have never received the customer service and professionalism that I received with Empire Today.  The Empire Flooring sales representative was very nice and spent the time necessary with me to not only make the sale, but called the next day to make sure I was happy with the installers. The crew did the most perfect job that I have ever seen. They were great! I hope these individuals are commended for their performance.  I would totally recommend Empire Today to others because of the professionalism they exhibited.
